Delete user in reactivate user option

How can it be possible to delete an user (which was an account deleted by the admin) in the reactivate user option please?

It wasn't planned to delete an user from the database while using the "Reactivate User" in admin menu.
If you would like to delete an user from the database, you have to do it by hand with i.e. phpMyAdmin. But pay attention to the fact, that the uid and/or uname may exist in various other tables then {prefix}_users to refere i.e. an article, content, guestbook entry etc. to this user.

I have to rename a new account by an old one, but this old one is still in the reactivate user function and table so the convert can't be done by the script...

Sorry, but as far as i know, there is no file, which delete an account completely from the database.

The best solution is, if both users are the same person, to delete the new account and then reactivate the old one.

(But strange to not can delete completely users from pragmamx, all others cms can do this...)
