Hallo zusammen, ich habe bei mir noch die version 1.10 laufen, ohne Probleme muss ich sagen. Aber um neue Blöcke usw. nutzen zu können muss der Server PHP 5.2 unterstützen. Jetzt habe ich bei meinem Provider gesehen das ich das ganze mit einem klick selbst auf 5.2 umstellen kann.
Jetzt die Frage dazu: Kann ich das so ohne weiteres machen
? oder laufe ich gefahr das hinterher gar nix mehr geht.
Zu dem Update sagt der Provider:
Support for PHP 5
With PHP 5 support, you can program using the latest version of this server-side scripting language and take advantage of existing applications and add ons written in PHP 5. You can also run both PHP 4 and PHP 5 simultaneously on the same site.
und noch:
Custom PHP 4 and PHP 5 initialization files You can now customize your site by creating PHP initialization files in the root of your site to manage form, server, and environmental variables, server-side cookies, temporary directories, error display, and error logging.
Sorry aber so ganz schnalle ich nicht was er meint bzw. wie ich das verstehen soll.
