Anonymous postings are not possible (in some forums)

I would like to allow also anonymous users to post into my forum, but they can´t see the posting buttons. Why?

To allow anonymous postings in the forum, you have to change two values:

 [list=1]

• Under "Control Panel -> Settings" set:

No Registration Required (user can post with any name): On
This activates generally the possibility for the forum to accept anonymous posts.
[/list=1] You have to allow it also for each forum in which anonymous posting should be possible. Do this under "Control Panel -> Forums -> More Options ...."

If you want to allow anonymous posting generally into your forum, you can also change the default-values for the forums in "Control Panel -> Settings".
This options only affect new created forums, if you want to commit this settings to your old forums use the "Control Panel -> Reset"-option.
